I am a regular fool and friend of good cooking, based in London’s W7 postcode area.
Never shy of an effort when it comes to cooking and food preparation, I focus on tasty dishes with diverse textures and rich, satisfying flavours, and love to prepare food from scratch, using locally sourced ingredients.
I strongly believe in supporting local shops, producers and suppliers, avoid big supermarket chains when I can, avoid ready-made meals like the black death and prefer my coffee very strong.
